Returns

 

  • Return Window: 15 days after receiving your purchase.
  • Return Cost: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Condition: Unused, original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: 5% applied to all returns.
  • Non-returnable Items: Quilts, mattress protectors, pillow protectors, and pillows.
  • Return Process:
    • Include receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
  • Refunds:
    • Processed within 20 days of receiving your return.
    • Refund amount will be deducted by original shipping cost and 5% restocking fee.
    • Refunds issued to original payment method.
  • Exchanges:
    • Only for defective or damaged items.
