You keep stating you sent it, yet tracking states it’s awaiting collection. Meaning it never left your depot!! It’s been a month and still nothing and I emailed and you resent the tracking and then radio silence. Now you keep delaying my PayPal refund/complaint! You are the worst company I have ever dealt with and will never shop here again! Disgusting customer service!!
