• Free Delivery for orders*(conditions apply) Over $50 (after discounts).

  * There is a set $12.95 delivery fee for orders under $50 (After Discounts).

• *Standard Postage charge applies for Specialty item(s) like cushion inserts, quilts, under-blankets, pillows, comforter sets and such starting from $12.95

• Australia post quote the following time frames, (1-4) days for VIC & NSW, (4-6) days for TAS, SA & QLD, (6-9) days for WA & NT in normal circumstances. In current pandemic environment Australia Post is taking longer to deliver the mail.

• International Delivery is available for selected countries for selected products only.

RETURNS

• No return on Items bought on sale or under a promotion.
• No Exchanges and returns on 'Linen Grab Bags'.

• We hope you love your purchase, if not, easily return your item(s) via post within 14 days of your order being received with proof of purchase and original packaging.

• Please note Quilts, Pillows and Underlays are excluded due to health and safety regulations as set down by the Australian government. This does not apply to faulty items. Faulty item's return postage is refundable.

• Please choose carefully as change of mind returns via post are at the customer's expense.

• Please note, once the order is placed you can contact to change the order within one hour after that, to make any changes.
