You keep stating you sent it, yet tracking states it’s awaiting collection. Meaning it never left your depot!! It’s been a month and still nothing and I emailed and you resent the tracking and then radio silence. Now you keep delaying my PayPal refund/complaint! You are the worst company I have ever dealt with and will never shop here again! Disgusting customer service!!

Very happy with this purchase. Not only was the delivery fast, but I was pleasantly surprised how the colour lived up to the images online. How often do things not look the same when you buy something online? But in this case it surpassed my expectations.
The quality of the quilt cover and pillowslips along with the great pricing made it very good 'value' purchase.
